With all of the preventative measures being put in place amid the pandemic, it has been increasingly difficult to tender, bid and award GNB Public Tenders for Goods and Services. We feel that electronic bidding is the solution to the problematic of public tenders being postponed amid the considerations of self-isolation, quarantine, social distancing and the potential of the physical tender being infected.
