We design seemingly effortless looks which compliment individual personality; pieces designed to make us look amazing and feel fantastic. Today we have over 25 standalone stores and 125 concessions in the UK and Ireland along with a presence in over 140 international locations; the Coast journey continues to grow from strength to strength and we're always looking for the best talent to join our team. Unlimited Next Day must catch everyone out - scam

Advertising 'Unlimited Next Day Delivery' for a year but doesn't make it clear at all that you have to check the next day delivery.So I mistakenly got 3 day delivery. This should be automatically applied like it is with most other fashon retailers i.e. ASOS. I pointed out to customer service and asked if I could have it refunded (in all honesty, I am not a frequent shopper there but one-off next day delivery was £4.99 or for a year was £6.99.I'm buying a bridesmaid dress and thought, if it doesn't fit I can get another one on this delivery). But I don't want to shop there again after this, and my argument is I haven't even used the premier delivery because they've sent it out on a standard 3 day! They've had money for nothing. Refused to help me. They must make so much money the average prices off their clothes, its ridiculous.

I ordered 2 dresses online and found the sizing on the small size and the quality quite cheaply made and poor,meanwhile I had ordered another much larger order. I tried to get into the returns portal to return the first 2 dresses and it wouldnt let me in saying that my order number, email address or the last 4vdigits of my phone number were wrong. Coast have no customer services number so I had to email them to which I had a reply the next day. The girl called Rach online said that she had had no problem getting into the portal she could see I,d used a different email to order the goods, I replied that it was highly unlikely as I only had one email address and I,d tried repeatedly...she said to email her with the stock numbers and description of the goods i wished to return, the reason i was sending them back and my choice of return then to leave it with her and she would generate a returns label. I later got an email from Rach to say that she couldn't generate a return label for me as it was saying I,d already generated one and that I would have to send the goods back manually at my own expense. It is now going to cost me in excess of £10 to return a large parcel to them just for the privilege of trying on these cheaply made clothes and Coast having a paperless system where there is only one way to return goods and if that fails the cost is down to the customer. I will never buy anything from this company again it has taken me hours of endless emailing and trying to gain access to their website only to be told that I have to pay for the return of my goods. Disgusting !!! I'm furious !!!

Please be aware! There is a fake company selling the same clothes! It is not Coast!!! They callthemselves Coast Dresses Store (Coastdressestore) They are a SCAM Company! They take money from your bank account for your online order. They make you wait several weeks. Then they say they have delievered your items (which is a lie) and they send you ramdom chinese products like sunglasses or other things and then they say: "Sorry this is not one of our products. We sell dresses", so they get away with it and keep your money! I have raised a legal action against them and informed the Action Fraud Service.. Please do not buy from this company! Avoid! Instead go to the official website Coastfashion The clothes are good quality and the customer service is great!

I bought a jacket in sale when it arrived it turns out it was to big! I wanted to order another one but it had gone up in price.I contacted Tunis and she told me she would refund the extra I had to pay! Result! New jacket that’s fits at the same sale price! Great customer service.
