"Preparing Your Dashboard" and hangs

I have been unable to access my commun.it account for three weeks. Attempts to access my account generate the message "Preparing Your Dashboard," and then hangs.I have contacted tech support multiple times with no progress. Today, I submitted a request to cancel my account. If you read a positive review of commun.it, check the posting date. Commun.it is not what it was.

Like so many others, I keep getting charged for a service I have repeatedly asked to cancel.I get autoresponder messages from zendesk regarding the unanswered request to cancel service. According to the linkedin profile for commun.it, it is "Managed with love by co-founder @SharelOmer." I looked him up on twitter and he was busy with a launch of some other service (affogata). I checked both Sharel and affogata social channels and they have been silent since early 2020. Is anyone even manning this communit ship?

In principal commun.it is a useful tool, however the service is 2-3 days per month not available and requests remain unanswered.Though I subscribed for one year, I was asked 6 months later to pay again for one year, what I did in the hope that my account would be unblocked, but what did not take place to date. Thus I paid almost 600 $ without that can use the service Reaction: Meanwhile Commun.it has lifted the blockage of its service and I was upgraded you to a higher plan with no extra charge and will also get a refund of 50%

Problems with cancelling trial membership

I cancelled my trial before it expired, but was still charged for a year of Business plan and the company is ignoring my messages completely (not responding in any way).Reading the other reviews here, I can see I'm not alone. Stay away from this website. Edit - I received my refund and was given 6 months of free Business plan to make up for the experience. I've changed my review from 1 to 3 stars and may revise it again as time goes by.

Terrible. Tried the 14 day free trial, tried to cancel on day 3 and have not had one response from them.I have sent 6 requests, and two twitter messages. Reporting them as this company is misleading with marketing messages. You can’t even remove your account details as they block you. I’ll be calling my bank today to block them.

Last November 2019, I joined to Commun.it service. I thought to try the "Business Plan",thanks to the possibility to ask for refund as posted on their web site "Start your 14-day unlimited FREE trial Today and SAVE. No obligation, no commitment". The conclusion? During the trial period, I was not satisfied with the service, thus I decided to ask for money back. I followed the right procedure to ask for the refund, but, evidently, they had absolutely no intention of fulfilling my request. As a consequence, I never got my refund! It's simply a fraud! Runaway!
