My dishwasher was not working so I called Choice home warranty they sent a technician assess the problem.Upon the information he gave to Choice Warranty they decided to replace my dishwasher, which would have been fine but according to them my payout figure was only $250.00 which by todays standards is laughable. To replace my dishwasher with all the features will cost me a little over $700.00..!!... I was not prepared to cover the cost of a new dishwasher practically out of my own pocket. Perhaps Choice should not be my "choice".read more

I bought a Bosch Range hood and got it delivered to me in December. However, I did not open and install it until March.When I did open it, I discovered that the logo on the fan was visibly crooked. After I reported this issue to Bosch and requested for a replacement, they sent someone from their company to come take a look at the issue and they said that Bosch will give us a replacement for the range hood because having the logo crooked was unacceptable for their company. But then a day later, I got a call saying that I could not get a replacement since I had contacted them 30 days after the delivery date. I had not opened the package until we were ready to install it in March to prevent the chance of it being damaged when we weren’t ready to install it yet. It’s not like I would have expected the logo to be crooked. Besides myself being unsatisfied with this issue, I imagine that this issue would be damaging to their image as well. When I have people come over to my house and they see that their logo is crooked on the hood fan, they will not have a good impression on Bosch. I have contacted the company many times but have been refused a replacement. I am disappointed with this customer service as I was given a defective product, and was refused a replacement even though someone from their own company said that Bosch should give me the replacement.read more
