I don’t recommend this service if you want a painless accountancy experience. I was told by paying their premium service I needed 20 minutes a month of “housekeeping” and they would do the rest.That was not true, I had to do everything and also I received very vague advice on accountancy. Very non-committal. I would never use them again. Over a year I will end up paying the same as if I had hired an accountant. Yes they pick up the phone immediately but I still was left in the dark about what my obligations where, deadlines, etc. Despite requesting a list of things I have to do. They expected me to know things to ask - why would I need an accountant if I already know what to do? Terrible experience, can’t wait to cancel and forget about this.

Crunch is an accountancy subscription. It offers "free" online accounting but you can not access any of the financial reporting.You have to subscribe to their accountancy service. Should be clearer about what is offered and not advertise as a software package. Deceitful advertising.
