Very long delivery time, bad tracking in the system, was over 48 hours without any scan.No answer when I tried to contact customer support over email. The parcel has now been in my city since Friday and they still haven't delivered it to me. Is this being delivered on a snail or why so slow?

horrible freight forwarder. just avoid. they are scamy and shady. they tried to just openly send us an invoice of $600 for doing absolutely nothing and expect us to pay.we have been in business for over 20 years and we have never seen this level of shadiness before.

As an importer, I cannot recommend this company.
Messy Expeditions almost never deliver on promise.Nothing is right about this global company. From tracking to delivery, something always goes wrong.
They even deliver with an empty truck. Then you know how structure works. Think cheap can cost you dearly.

I ordered the item on a weekend and the delivery time was 2-5 business days. It’s day 9 today.Tracking updates only twice in the whole time. It has been saying the item has been sorted for the past 5 days.The temporary tracking page was also in Swedish for whatever reason. I am not in Sweden nor do i understand Swedish.

I have never dealt with such a bad Company, goods stuck for over a week, no communication,If you try to telephone them the line disconnects. Emails take for ever to be answered. DB Schenker should not be allowed to handle imports. AVOID this Company at all costs

If I can give a zero star, I would.
1. They often asked me about shipping technicalities.Even if they instructed us, it seems they can't communicate with confidence. and here I thought they're supposed to be the expert in shipping???
2. Rude and SUPER SLOW response. I liaised with M.V. , D.L., I.A., G.L., C.H., etcetc so many people and they're just very slow in reply and irresponsible. Because they're VERY SLOW, they changed the flight schedule 3-4x and this is ONLY FOR 1 SHIPMENT!! If they're able to ready my email faster and react faster, they should be able to book the flight.
3. When they make mistake, they'll blame you "for not being clear". I sent goods with clear Packing List and destination address and they wrongly delivered. Even the pallets are labelled clearly. They still delivered wrongly and blamed us for not being clear.
We have MANY shipments with them and we're considering to change forwarder company to help us. It's just getting worse.

Importing goods from the EU into the UK was a nightmare. Our shipment sat in Customs for TWO WEEKS as there was additional information required.DB Schenker did not contact us for this information, and trying to chase them is nearly impossible. Phones would ring through with no answer, and when you finally get to talk to someone, you're told someone will get back to you (they never did). FINALLY had someone relatively competent forward my query to someone who sent me a boatload of paperwork that needed to be completed. Why we weren't contacted upon entry into the UK is beyond me. I was stunned to receive an email from someone saying that the shipment had cleared customs, but was told we'd get it 'within one day or 2.' Absolutely appalled at the lack of service, and there's no way to lodge a formal complaint unless damage has been done to the shipment. How they manage to stay in business is mind boggling.

Parcel from Sweden, Tradera purchase not delivered after a month. No phone answer as to why 'chat'message directed to person unidentified answer 'parcel returned to sender' next day 'chat 'message parcel yet to be collected' emails returned as undelivered, I have raised the issue with Tradera (Swedish Ebay) the seller telling me to deal with schenker. I am now advised that due to incomplete documents post brexit and staff off because of covid the delivery industry is in much chaos. 20% of parcels sent from sweden have been returned to sender, incorrect documentation. Surely they should contact us explaining this?
