There was no need to contact customer service as I found instructions on how to return the product online.Followed them step by step and the day after the courier picked up the item I got an email confirming the warehouse in London received it and then only few days later I got my money back. I was afraid tbh, especially after reading all the bad reviews but my experience was really good. Got right amount of money and didn’t have to wait for long.

Non-existent online customer service

I have shopped with Desigual for around 14 years. More recently, due to store closures and Covid,I have used their online 'service'. It's truly appalling and I echo what others have said here: I never receive an adequate answer to my queries, just a generic reply. There is never any concession on their part for bad service. Refunds on returned goods rarely match what you paid, but they are out by a few pounds and I can't be bothered to pursue it. I love their clothes but I will now only shop in their stores (which are only abroad now) as they have no regard for their online customers - or loyal ones at that! I can't understand how they continue to get away with it.

Very bad online shopping. I ordered a dress and a belt , I received only the dress ,no belt ,and till know they did nothing only sending e mails even no contact number to speak to them . I went to the shop in the mall they said this is a different company

The worst customer service EVER. Doesn't even deserve one star. My story. I was going to buy a backpack on a sale.The start price was €79,95. On the sale it was €56 or something and I had an additional discount of 10% (it was my first purchase). So, my final price was €50,37. It was a very good price. I came to a shop in Mall of Berlin to see the backpack and buy it. The backpack was there but in a different color from what I wanted. So, a shop assistant suggested to me make an delivery order right in the shop. I could pay in the shop and recieve the backpack at home. Super, I though, but I didn't know what happened next. So, I made the order and started to wait for my delivery. Two days later I recieved an e-mail, that my backpack was sent. The week later I started worrying about my delivery and checked a track number. And... I found out that my backpack was returned to the sender. And I didn't recieve any, ANY e-mails or calls about that . I tried to call Customer Service but I couldn't do it. So I wrote an e-mail. The response was "Unfortunately your order was return to sender due to an error in transit". Hmmm... I wrote, that I didn't want my money back, I wanted my backpack, and I've asked to resend it to me (at the end, what can be more cool, If your customer wants your items and not a refund?) By that time I'd moved already, so, I asked to send it to my new address. Finally, what I recieved? In short: No, we were going to refund. So, I've sent a few e-mails but didn't find any success. Although in the one of the e-mails the customer service told me that I could repurchase my backpack. But how? Because the sale had ended, as well as my personal discount. And the backpack's price went up to €79,95 again. I asked the customer service this question. And they gave to me an answer: "If you wish to repurchase the item you would need to do so at full price". And that's all. Why do I have to buy the backpack at full price? The transit error wasn't my fault. It looks like they did it on purpose. And they didn't even suggest me to save my personal discount for my first purchase (I didn't end up buying anything!). It is the worst customer service, I will never buy ANYTHING in this shop again. So, now, I understand, why this shop was closed in some countries. Because people don't like that kind of service. So, I don't recommend to you buy anything in this shop online.

Nice garnements. Good price vs. quality ( during sale period ). But the customerservice is tremendously bad.The response time is about 2 weeks and the answers you get are completely besides the point. You really have to wait two weeks to get ridiculous non-answers???? Strongly looks like standardized formulas. Rather pretend not having a CS!

I bought a lovely padded coat on-line but it arrived minus the fur collar which was not attached, but,dangling from one of the sleeves with no apparent means of fixing. An e-mail to "customer service" generated the reply "case closed". What case? What help ? Good items let down by terrible service. I will not use them again.

Just discovered they have decided not to deliver to Northern Ireland, I have been purchasing from them for years and consider myself a loyal customer,unfortunately they don’t recognise this. Ditching us due to brexit no doubt. Very disappointed, you would think in these difficult times they would be trying to retain and grow a loyal customer base..

bad return!

Everything goes well during delivery, enough information, good clothes. The return however is terrible.I returned a jacket with the return documents from Desigual and dropped it of at a UPS point. Didn't receive any ticket from them. In my account I see that the return has been registered. Weeks go by (but it goes to Spain, so I'm patient) so I check the tracker. This one is very unclear so I ask for information with customer service. They apparently need the tracking information from their customers??? They can't follow a parcel with the documents they have sent with the delivery???? But that's not what I find the saddest, they don't seem to care at all. 'The term has passed - we close this case' Well, I'm sorry for being patient! No help, no information for the future, no care. Pitty! --> Update: I also expressed my disapointment in a mail to Desigual. Someone replied with a helpfull answer this time and the problem was resolved. So it propably depends on who replies to your mails. A big thank you to the person who actually helped me solve the problem in the end!
