Very poorly defined invoicing terms & non-existent customer support

Very poorly defined invoicing terms. Invoice is raised on 1st of the month and its due on the same date. Earlier a payment link was sent, then payment option was provided on dashboard, a CC was added, details vanished the next day from dashboard. There were no notifications/warnings of account suspension. And their customer support doesn't exist!
