The handle is made to break after a few uses and they change the design so now I have a box of useless heads to add to my apple old charger box of planned obsolescence items.They are not to be trusted to deliver value.

My order took more than 4 weeks to arrive, because of "Brexit". As if they didn't know this was going to happen and as if they didn't have years of time to prepare for this,including maybe setting up a local UK shipping hub. No! Let's send each blade one by one from the EU mainland and let almost every parcel get stuck in customs for weeks for no reason. I canceled my subscription for many years and moved back to Mach 3. At least you can get new blades in every UK supermarket. What was anyone thinking at DSC? I place an order for new blades, and I am not going to shave for the next 4 weeks?!?!

Ordered my first parcel ( a handle and 4 razors ) and it never came for a good 4 months,when it did come the handle wasn’t in it so I had to contact them for the 50th time and had to wait another 2 months for a handle

Non-existent customer service, and non-existent orders.
Funny that their trial boxes turn up in no time at all and as soon as you make a commitment to order more,they do not turn up. I have emailed customer service several times and have been flat out ignored. I have since requested a refund and have still heard nothing.
Avoid this company, they will take your money with no hesitation but will not follow through with their end of the deal. TERRIBLE.
