I was just at the flagship reception in Berlin and had a truly wonderful experience, everyone there were exceptionally kind and welcoming. They were not only kind but also incredibly forthcoming and transparent, really going out of their way to support me and answer all my questions. Despite being thorough and professional, they still took the time for small talk and a few good jokes, which lightened the mood and made the whole visit genuinely enjoyable. Havent started the treatment yet, but 100% confident i will be receiving great support during the process! Thanks to Aleksandra and team!

I was in Berlin clinic few weeks ago and I am really happy with the consultation. The doctor was super friendly as will as the clinic Director (Aleksandra).
Delayed treatment, lack of medical supervision, and no response from support
I am writing this review after trying multiple times to resolve my case directly with Dr Smile, without success. My aligner box arrived more than 3–4 months late, while I was already being charged for a treatment I had not yet received. During this time, I did not receive proper medical guidance on how to start or follow the treatment. As a result, I followed the aligners incorrectly up to aligner 15, and my teeth are now in a worse condition than before the treatment was supposed to begin. I'm paing approximately €3,000 for the old and wrong treatment. A new dentist has already taken a new scan of my teeth in Nice, and I have now been informed that, if a new mold is produced, it would cost an additional ~€600, even though the original treatment failed due to delays, lack of medical supervision, and process issues that were not my fault. Despite sending a detailed email, I have received no response for over two weeks. I believe this situation is unfair, especially considering this is a medical treatment. I am still hoping for a clear, fair, and professional resolution.

After completing my treatment the results were not what I expected and so a refinement was done. After the refinement which lasted another couple of months, my teeth were still not as desired or as promised. After my treatment, the app stopped working and wouldnt allow me to make an appointment for my retainer. The dentist told me they could not carry out the procedure without an appointment or confirmation through the app and that I should contact Dr Smile. They dont answer their phones or emails. I tried to contact Dr Smile for months afterward trying to get an appointment for my fixed retainer and was so to say “ghosted”. Eventually I ended up paying for a different retainer from a private Dentist. To this day I have not heard anything back from Dr Smile regarding my treatment. For the amount of money you pay, it’s an absolute Scam.

I told people about you and told them to take their business elsewhere and why. How dare you! When someone pays for a product, YOUR PRODUCTS AND YOUR TREATMENT and you do not give them what they paid for..THAT IS CALLED STEALING. my plan is to completely destroy you and Dr. Smile. I am going to destroy your reputation. I want you shut down. You know what is going to happen now? I am going to the media and give them my story about you and spread publicly that Dr. Smile is a shady clinic. Not only on top of that..I am reporting you to the authorities because what you are doing is CRIMINAL!
