Disappointing and frustrating experience with EMEL

Despite paying for parking correctly through via verde app, I still received a parking fine. I've emailed their customer support twice already with screenshots and invoices stating the parking was done by via verde, but no one replied. I decided to pay the fine, but of course, the process of disputing fines on their site is confusing. I managed to add all my details to get their reply for how I can pay the fine but no email was received. It feels like the system prioritizes generating penalties over helping drivers who are trying to follow the rules.
