I have now done 4 different investments with Equity Zen, and i must admit they are the best amongst all the platforms in the US. Special mention to Charlie and Sara for being absolutely brilliant, and in handholding us with all our investments.

It was easy transaction
It was easy transaction. Customer service was good , Razzi helped with filling out paperwork. Only thing is once you committ to a fund there is a chance you might get ROFR from comapny. Or equity gen dont raise enough funds to go thru. One thing i did not like is Once you committed you cannot back out but the Fund can.

Equity Zen or EZ as i call it provides…
Equity Zen or EZ as i call it provides wonderful slower secondary markets in Liquid Death (it’s only water! Death to plastic! ;-0 stockholder) and had spaceX! You bid you see if someone accepts you do trading or holding after the rigor involved in getting set up. EZ team::Very thorough, professional and takes a bit to make a purchase in their rigor to be sure you understand your purchases. Attention to detail in the iOS app as well. Zen! Jim Individual Investor stock & options trader since 2003; started as a $6/hour phone dialer for Tom at Shearson and am always an absolute beginner every time entering the market here from ZBoston Massachusetts. P.s. if you wonder WHERE EquityZen gets their rare gems? Often small companies and company employees are locked into a need for some liquidity and EquityZen (as well as others like Republic and StartEngine) let one participate in building a fortune of wealth. You do not have to trade often or you can Pokémon your way in as well. Fat pockets all around as Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch would say!
