We had to change over our Eway account and Abby McGregor was my contact. From the start she was so helpful and understood what we were trying to achieve. She provided us with all the information we needed, always replied to my questions within a short timeframe and made the whole process easy. I found the onboarding with EWay pretty seamless. There were a few hurdles to cross understandably, but support was timely and effective. I particularly appreciated having a one on one connection to assist with things. Venkat was helpful and responsive. Once connected the interface is very user friendly.
