Weirdest route

Waited 20 minutes. Bus finally arrived, and took me all the way around. Half an hour later literally bus was still across the street from where I took it.I could have walked to my final destination and I would have been there 10 times faster. Wasted money on tickets, wasted time also.

No notifications for route changes.

The road I usually catch the bus at was closed while I was on shift. There was no notification from first for this change of route owing to the closure.I had no idea the road was being closed. And then has to run the half KM to get to the next closest stop. I missed the bus, as the new route was shorter and I had half the time to get there. This is my commuter bus home and I’ll now be an hour later as that’s the next bus. Why is there no notification system to inform your daily passengers of route changes? Absolutely furious. This isn’t the first time. I’ll be cancelling my monthly ticket and go back to driving as of next month, it’s too unreliable in Cornwall. First Buses, be ashamed.

I always have such a good experience with some drivers in Bristol (I think one of their names is Tom and he drives the 76 sometimes)he’s always cheerful and it would be great if all drivers were like him!

Not only do the buses run late....

Not only do the buses run late, they're cancelled when it snows more than 1cm but they have the rudest drivers I have ever encountered.I attempted to board the 76 bus in Sheffield Uk, only for the driver to ignore me and close the doors, when I knocked on the bus doors he rudely shouted that the doors were closed meaning I couldn't get on, he then looked away and ignored me! Great customer service first!!

Absolute trash of a company....they're either not on time or never turn up. And they have audacity toput the prices up ever year and offer a trash service. You ring up and they say "they don't know what happened to the due bus (that I see on the app). So if that's the case, aren't you concerned about the bus thats due but has gone missing? They think people are divs

Disabled pensioner with dog refused a lift.

I am a disabled pensioner who today got on a bus to Norwich centre i had my small dog with me and had no problem going to the city,however when I tried to get a bus home the driver wouldn't let me on because I was carrying my dog . He said he has the right to refuse me a lift which I do know, but it really annoyed me and I told him so. So I thought I will catch the next one, then I thought what if I get refused again I could be hanging around for hours. So I walked the 4 miles home in the rain. I was planning to go and see my parents who I haven't seen for nearly a year I am not allowed to drive so I have a disabled bus pass but if I am turned down trying to get home I am in big trouble as they live to far for me to walk. My dog is about 7kgs 10 inches tall at the shoulder and sits on my lap. Now I cannot trust first bus to get us to the vets or anywhere else we want to go.

If I could rate their Service 0 I would, absolutely atrocious. I don’t know why they bother printingtimetables off because they never run on time always late or ridiculously early so don’t expect to get to work on time. The prices go up constantly. And by quite a lot. Most of the drivers are nice enough but some are just downright rude. Absolutely awful company. If there was another bus company in york I could use I definitely would. And I would never get a first bus again. Unfortunately they have a monopoly here pretty much and they know it so they don’t feel the need to do better

Bus X11 Driver: 20321. Really rude, hostile and very unhelpful to an old lady who did not know fluent english.He did not let the poor woman on to the bus instead leaving her sad, lost and confused. Super unhelpful and very upsetting. There is never a reason to be rude.
