Excellent business facilities and great service
We have been customers of FlexSpace for 3 years and our experience has always been top notch - we are at the Ellesmere Port location. The buildings and site are well-maintained, with regular maintenance of the common areas taking place (e.g. gardening, general upkeep). The management team always reply very quickly to any correspondence and have always been incredibly friendly, helpful and approachable. There is plenty of parking, even at busy times. Overall the facility at FlexSpace represents good value for money and has enabled our business to grow our day-to-day operations.

Always have good communication with Ali (manager) Flexispace. Unit has regular inspections and we are able to raise any issues due to our good relationship with all staff.
FLEXSPACE OFFICE INCUBATION CENTRE NEWTON AYCLIFFE
We moved into a new homes and looked around for office units to rent but as we were already with flex space North Shields we thought we would have a look at the incubation centre. we absolutely love having an office in this building, we switch off at night knowing our office is safe, the fees are fantastic to what's around. heating is in with costs so no unexpected bills. since moving in other office staff talk to us and everyone is so friendly. The site manager Ali Bradley is very good, attentive to our needs and is always available if we have any queries. The kitchen and wc areas are extremely clean and tidy. we all respect the space available. I can honestly say its a brilliant place to work in for our buisness. Jackie Lamb Decorating Limited

We have been here for almost 4 years. The building is easy to get to, located on the edge of the town, with lots of car parking provided. The building is clean, well maintained and our Office is spacious. The Site Manager Joanne is very helpful and approachable.
Great site & facility
My company Flint Subsea have been a tenant at the Flexspace Ellesmere Port centre since 2022. The service that we receive is great. It was easy to move in and the facility is just great. The site is well maintained and tidy. I would definitely recommend.
Great secure unit - perfect for my therapy practice
I’ve been renting my unit on a 12 month agreement and it’s been excellent. The CCTV coverage, good security lighting, and ample car parking all help the space feel very safe and convenient, especially for evening appointments. My clients consistently comment on how comfortable and welcoming it is. A really reliable, secure place to work which I highly recommend.
I have just hit my two year anniversary…
I have just hit my two year anniversary at the Newton Aycliffe Flexspace site and I am so glad I made the move. The building has such a positive feel to it and it genuinely makes a difference to how the working day flows. The office space is bright and modern with great natural light, the broadband is lightning fast which is essential for what I do, and the kitchen facilities are spot on. Add in really easy parking and a great location and it just works. From the very start everything was simple and well organised thanks to Ali and Colin who were fantastic throughout the move in process. Even two years on they are always helpful and approachable. There is also a great community vibe here. The communal areas make it easy to connect with other businesses and everyone I have met has been friendly and welcoming. Two years in and I would still make the same choice without hesitation. I would absolutely recommend Newton Aycliffe Flexspace to anyone looking for a high quality, flexible workspace with a great atmosphere.
