After the viewing, he gave me a helpful nudge to let me know other candidates were making offers, which allowed me to quickly submit mine. Shortly after, a let was agreed. In less than 48 hours from submitting my application and references, I was approved to move into the property, which was incredibly impressive. I also appreciated that other members of the Urbanbubble team checked in while I was completing the application to make sure everything was going smoothly. Overall, a very efficient and supportive experience.
