Still waiting on my products

Still waiting on my products 3-5 workdays, almost waiting 2 weeks now. Can´t say anything about the quality, but such long waiting times are really bad, compare it to other shops where you have to wait 2-3 days at best.

Questionable Hygiene Standards?

The Strawberry almond butter was not glued down and opend itself when i took it out- also very weird that if it ismt taped down it also doesnt have a protective seal under the lid. Very Weird. Sad to see such low hygiene standards and unreasable high prices because it is the best almond butter ive ever eaten

Fine Food Box is now of low quality

I have subscribed to the Fine Food Box on-and-off for several years now, but over the past six months the quality of the items has been quite poor. I have contacted Foodist customer service and they do not care. I have now stopped purchasing items from Foodist (I had placed at least 20 orders over the past three years) as I believe the company has lost its way. It's really disappointing.

Bad for a gift

I bought a whiskey tasting packet as a gift for a friend. One of the bottles arrived broken. They refused my request to replace the bottle and instead credited me for the pro-rated amount. As this was a gift, this makes no sense… Should I send my friend €5? Bottom line was that they were unwilling to make good on my purchase and I will not do business with them again. ***Edit*** As you can see from the company’s response, they acknowledge that they will not fulfill the order. All that they will do is return €5. That is not even the prorated amount as a box of 3 bottles is €16,90. I have asked for a new box or a full refund. I have been denied both.
