I bought one template, I didn’t sign up for auto renewal and I didn’t realize after a few years that they put me on auto renewal. Couldn’t get money refunded once I realized.
Worst company ever!!
Worst company ever!!! I’ve been trying for months to obtain a form I need to file taxes. All I get are very unhelpful replys of directions that do not solve my issue. There’s no phone number to call and I’m completely left to find another solution. Do yourself a HUGE favor and NEVER torture yourself by using this ‘company.” I think someone sitting in their living room laughing their ass off while we customers are suffering. Formswift- you suck!!!
This was once a useful product
This was once a useful product, I have a lot of PDF files that need info filled and this was pretty easy to use. As of last week, I was unable to upload PDF files to the site to edit. No topic on the online FAQ addressed this issue. I requested help via email, which was acknowledged. I received no communication nor help from Formswift until today, when I received an email saying unless they hear from me in 3 days the ticket will be closed. Thanks for nothing, FormSwift. I have no use for products that don't work or companies that don't support their products at all. I will be looking elsewhere for a PDF editing solution.
They should be ashamed of themselves
They should be ashamed of themselves. Stealing money from people. Even though I cancelled via phone and they refunded money, they just continue to charge my card with no remorse until you notice on your credit card statement and then, per their policy, it’ll be too late. Stay away from them, there’s plenty of other ways to create and sign documents.

If I could I would give 0 Star. Horrific Customer Service poor Jocelyn, she doesn't understand anything, she is repeating her self, sending me seven times same message, nothing accomplished. I just ask to change from monthly to annual subscription and she insisted that I use the email address I opened the account with in 2016,I tried to explained that I don't use the email any longer and I stated 6 times ,,I HAVE UPDATED MY INFORMATION,, my new email is....She replied: Please use the original Email address you opened this account with AGAIN !! You can't go thru these people they are very slow and they don't deserve our business; Dr H
What a crock
If I could give them something less than 1 star, I would. I used their service to create articles of incorporation for the state of Oklahoma. The website states that their forms are state-specific. I call bullshit on that. The forms from their website were returned from the OK Secretary of State with numerous errors on 2 occasions. I requested a refund and was told that it was against their policy. I wish that I would have read the reviews prior to purchase. It is extremely difficult to cancel once you have signed up.

I never signed for it and £34.80 was deducted from my account. I don't even use Dropbox. I was checking it on my new device and never upgraded it or paid for it but I saw the said amount going out for FORMSWIFT.COM, which I had never heard about and was utterly upset to see this unlawful transaction.
Taken for $370
We were taken for $370 after canceling last April. Had email communication showing the cancellation but never happened. They were unwilling to accept their error and refund the funds. Only offered 5 months of refunds. THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE SITE. BEWARE!!!
