Superb, swim data swim!
I’ve had my form swim goggles for 5 months now, and have been really impressed with them. I am a bit of a data junkie, so having data in my eyes all the time while swimming is a major motivator for me. I usually go for larger goggles so they don’t make my eyeballs feel like they’re being sucked out, so I was a little concerned over this design… however, worry not.. no eyeballs being sucked out here! They work perfectly, battery lasts really well and they are very comfortable.
From 25m to 1500m
I have them for over a year now. They helped me improve my swimming from a floater to a swimmer. They help a lot by having the pass uploaded in the glasses. Their live instructions also help. After some time the strap got broke but I got a replacement quite fast. Another great thing is that they constantly added features to the glasses: adaptive training programmes, open water guidance, etc. The only thing that I can complain with is their membership program which is quite expensive compared for example with holoswim.
Beware the Subscription Renewal Policies
I’ve really enjoyed my FORM goggles, but the subscription experience has been disappointing. My annual Premium plan renewed with no prior notification and didn’t appear in my Apple subscriptions, so I had no way of knowing the charge was coming. I canceled on the renewal day before using any services, but FORM refused to issue a refund. Great product, but the billing practices and customer service left a bad impression. Hoping they improve this, because the endurance community pays attention to how companies treat their athletes.

Similar to other reviews on here, I had an annual renewal completed with out warning. When contacted they proceeded to give me a legal review of their terms and conditions rather than work with me, saying a lot about their customer service.
Form goggles forces you to sign up for your data and money
Form goggles forces you to sign up for a free month of their "premium" service. They simply do not work without an app that sends the information of your swims to them for sale. If you complain, they reply this: The FORM App is needed to set up and use the goggles. With the app, you select what metrics you want to see while swimming, or if you have a Premium subscription, you can manage your guided workouts and plans. With the FORM App you can also review your swim analysis once your swims have been synced. I'm sorry this wasn't clear to you when you purchased the goggles. You can find information about the FORM App and your account on the FORM App in our Terms of Service. 11. Accounts/Credentials: (a) General: To access and use FORM Services you must sign up for an Account. At the time you sign up for an Account you must provide a valid user name and password or other sign-on method (such as your Facebook, Google or Apple account) that complies with FORM’s technical requirements (collectively “Credentials”. and 16. Accurate Information: To register with FORM Services, create an Account or use certain aspects of FORM Services, you are required to provide certain information about yourself (including your first and last name, email address, birthdate, gender, weight and height and other contact information) and certain authorizations or instructions.
Absolute garbage
Absolute garbage. They simply just LEAK. I’ve tried all the bridges but to no avail. My eyes are stinging after a few lengths so I stop and changed to my old faithfuls. Great idea but the fit is sh-t! ! Save your money peeps.

I am still having a problem with Lancaster General health Lancaster Pa
I have a problem with Lancaster General Hospital on Duke street Lancaster PA. My husband Mike called the Buck and asked if he could have a refill of his medication for keeping Calm. The women said OK. Then a few weeks later called his Pharmacy to see if it shipped. They told him NO we never got the new script. Then he went into the Buck office of Lancaster General Health. The person behind the desk told him the medication was not on his chart and she said No I am not giving it to you. He cried wanting his medication that he needed to keep calm. He said I needed it to function she said insisting No I am not giving it to you. Mike said can you ask Dr Trost to fill it? She still said NO I am not doing it. He said I need it to keep calm. She then yelled at Mike to get out of here before I call the police. Then Mike then made an appointment to see Dr Trost. Mike waited to see Dr Trost then the nurse called him back to the exam room. Then Dr Trost came in the room and told Mike the receptionist said Mike threaten her. He than asked what was the threat. Then Dr Trost said we can't tell you and we have called the police to take you out of here. You can leave out of the back door or the police will take you out in hand cuffs. That day they had the police there to take him away because the reseptonist said Mike threatened her. He never did. Then they kicked Mike out of the Dr office at the Buck Lancaster General Health in Buck Lancaster County PA office Dr Trost took him to led Mike through the hallway to the back door saying Good By we don't need people like you. Mike went to get a gun to protect our home and was blocked because of this LIE. Mike was with Dr Trost at Dimatoni Quarryville PA associate for over 15 years before moving to Buck Lancaster General Health. Then since he had a great re pore with Trost. Mike left Dimatoni because they would not answer their phones to make a appointments. Then Mike went to where Dr Trost went. the reseptionist behind the desk kept giving Mike dirty looks every time he went there. Mike went to the office 5 times. This happened last fall. Mike called the hospital a few days ago. He talked to a women who said this is over and we solved it. Mike could not talk to the advocate at the Lancaster General Health to hear his side of what happened. She said the Hospital sided with this receptionist and believed her lie and calling me a liar in many words i don't know what they mean. All she kept saying are you getting good care. As wanting to know were Mike goes to call to his new health provider Mike is no good and a hot head. Mike is not he just has trouble with being come as to why Mike needed the medication. They let Mike run out of the medication he needs very badly. I don't know how Lancaster General Health in Lancaster PA someone can do this to a person?? There should be a law about this. Mike called 4 lawyers at the time when this happened they all said there is nothing they could do. It is evil and very demeaning to ruin someones character and get away with it. 10 years before Mike was admitted into Lancaster General Health for Sepsis to the emergency. The doctor said he would have someone to get the medicine he was on. This women came in with a computer and asked to update my medicine. We gave her the medicine list form Mike's Dr Trost. Mike got up to the room. A Dr came in and said I had no say in the care he was going to get. Then said if Mike did not like it to find another Dr to do his treatment. Mike had no choice to agree with this. Mike had a blood disease called sepsis which is a none killer and needed to be treated A.S.A.P. Then someone from the help board came in the afternoon to see if we could get assistance with the bill. The Lady said I made a dollar to much. Mike was let go at the school for falling down too much. From a medication called tagritall for to control Mike's Epilepsy that made him fall down. This was found out by a Neurologist at Penn State Hershey in Hershey PA. He asked the doctor in the hospital why am I getting this medicine I can't have. I told the doctor he told the lady with the computer in the emergency about all of my medications. Then the Dr replied, "what goes on in the emergency room stays in the emergency room. Mike was very upset at what that Dr told him. Mike was so upset because the nurse on duty at Lancaster General Health hospital threatened him that they were going to tie him to his bed. Also they called security in the hospital on Mike. He just felt like he was being punished. But again the Lancaster General Hospital sided with the nurses, security and the Dr who had a ego problem. Please forgive me but this stinks how some company can ruin someone. Mike has helped people move cooked for people also would give the shirt off his back to help someone.
