It's getting worse and worse with years - bad search experience

We are looking for a house again and I'm so disappointed with this website. It's so annoying to browse!My past experience was amazing and filtering/sorting was done a lot better before! Especially for broader search (we know the characteristics of the house but have no clear location preference), now I have to do 10 separate searches to cover our scope, so annoying! I'm not sure what your UX team thinks but this is clearly not based on customer research. Moreover, it's surprising how hard it is to give any feedback to Funda! I wanted to write an email or fill in a form to explain what is confusing and which changes they implemented that really influenced experience as a whole BUT there is literally no way for a user to do it. It is hard to belive! So as a user I have to go to Trustpilot, put a little check on the box to send my review to Funda?! Really? So no way to even do it directly? You must really hate your customers.. And this is the main real estate site of the country that is so scared to receive any feedback. Facebook page has closed chat, social media interactions are not possible either. Dear Funda product owners, please do your job! The browsing experience, especially filtering has deteriorated over the last 6 years and became terrible, filtering is the worst ever.. and now I see there is no editing of the Wishlist either. I have to remove property by property, one by one, all 6/10 pages of expired houses .. What is this?! Who is responsible for this? All good functionality has gone and clearly this is NOT a company that wants to hear customer feedback. The only form for feedback they have is only for their business customers (!), it's clear where the priorities are. Sincirely hope that a new company will disrupt this market. Just fixing the experience of search would already give any newcomer a real chance. If Funda team is so scared to get feedback then this company won't be around for long. How can a site like this go downhill over the years? With the amount of supply you have it's search experience that you have to be constantly improving and you are doing the opposite. Je hebt maar een taak! And wishlist.. this is a huge facepalm and a slap in the face to all of your users. If Funda does not allow users to bulk edit their wishlist, this means that makelaars see a lot more of saved houses in their Wishlist that are simply false, outdated metrics. Rotten Funda, you are optimising the wrong thing.
