With over 35 years of combined experience in the optical industry, it just made sense that owners Brandon Dill and Jon Martino teamed up to create Fuse Lenses. It all started when a mutual friend scratched the lenses in his perfectly good, quality frame. Not wanting to dish out the money for a completely new pair, he asked if it would be possible to replace the lenses instead. That was the beginning of Fuse Lenses. Since then, Fuse has been dedicated to creating the highest quality lenses for all the brands you love - brands that you never want leave the house without, but may have you feeling cast aside due to a discontinued style or lack of replacement options. Over the years, we've grown not only our products, but also our community of athletes, advocates, and trusted Fuse partners. We know your sunglasses get beat up - dropped, sat on, and taken into the harshest elements - and they don't always stand up to the challenge. That's why we still continuously work to develop stronger scratch resistance, more durable coatings, and crisper optics. The worst customer service I have ever faced. I was trying to communicate with a lady named Danniele,about an order and the shipping procedure and the answers I was receiving were like automated from a robot. I am pretty sure she didn`t even bother to read my messages. I can`t stop thinking the scenario I was trying to replace a faulty lens. It would be a dead end. No way. Negative stars rate.

Before I was spending $50+ on RayBan lenses when my glasses got scratched, but for just $30 and in half the time for shipping how can it get any better?.I'm legit blown away -- plus the little case, sticker, and glasses soft case.. I'm one happy customer.

Not Happy at First, Corrected Somewhat / Update

Ordered lenses on 3/15. Got update that shipping label was printed next day. 10 days go by and no product.I check USPS tracking app. It says it’s STILL IN FLORIDA. It set at Fuse for 6 days. Then set in Florida for another 6 days. Then for some odd reason it shipped to Maryland for 3 days instead of here in Kentucky. My Postmaster said that it was unacceptable. He said it should have been picked up in 2-3 days and then delivered in 2-3 days. I contacted customer service. Took a day to get back. I was very frustrated. I told them to fix it. They got back with me and said it was in Maryland. I told them to overnight me a new pair or refund my money. They did neither. They said they were custom lenses and the policy listed on the website says 3-5 days to cut, and the OF COURSE THEY USED CHINESE COMMUNIST PARTY WUHAN CORONAVIRUS as an excuse. Two problems: they shipping label was printed next day meaning they were ready; and I ordered boots from Viktos in Oregon 4 days after I ordered the lenses and received them 4 days later, a full week before Fuse. Also I ordered gun parts from Wyoming 5 days after and received 4days later, before Fuse, so the virus was a crutch excuse. Got the lenses 15 DAYS AFTER ORDERING, and they really do look good. But the website has a color simulator and it shows the Emerald as a solid color. But when you look through the top or bottom the color shifts and it makes you feel spaced out. One lense fit perfect, the other was a little loose. Went on Oakley Shocktube so installation was easy from the screw that releases the lower jaw of the frame. You would think Fuse Lenses would offer me at least a discount on a future purchase or something for the trouble. NOPE!! Guess they must have enough employees putting out fake reviews to keep them rolling in it. In the age of Amazon and 2DAY DELIVERY, do they really think 15 DAYS TO DELIVER SUNGLASSES LENSES IS ACCEPTABLE?? No. Way. Apparently the problem is their delivery service. I see why USPS business is in decline. Also their lack of commitment to customer service. I warned them I would post reviews if they didn’t fix it. They didn’t, so here ya go. UPDATE: It’s now October. Sent me a credit for a free pair of lenses, I’m sure I’ll have to pay the shipping. Upped the review by 1 Star. Seems fair since it took so long to get a response.
