Worst user experience I've ever seen in my life
So what now, I hate Game, this is the second time I've ordered by Game and the second time an order is delayed, when will it come now?, tf is this user experience!, this is the worst user experience I've ever seen in my life, thanks for making me excited for nothing and still taking my money and basically lying to me when I'd get it (ps. they confirmed it to be delivered tomorrow before sending the delay email)
We had ordered an awning on the uber…
We had ordered an awning on the uber app from the game store Cat food was delivered instead !!!! How ?? Who get this wrong ?? Then we had to return the cat food to receive the awning !!!! So why is game placing these items on uber if they can’t deliver The person in store was also quite rude Why provide a service if you are unable to deliver !!!! This was the kenilworth branch we dealt with

I ordered online a gas hob. Got an email saying it be delayed no reason why. Called the helpline spoke to a lady who was so unhelpful Unathi she says go read your terms and conditions. The worst service ever Can a manager call me or respond here..
I bought a Trojan treadmill from games…
I bought a Trojan treadmill from games online last week and it was delivered after 2 days, however on the same date of delivery when we try to connect the machine it didn't work at all I called their customer service the very same day and they promised to send their driver to collect the machine but until now I'm still stuck with the machine uncollected today is Sunday the 8th of June 2026 (day 5) of waiting and no update from their side. I've already called them 3 times requesting for update but to no avail. I'm very disappointed with their service. I regret buying from games, I should have bought from Makro maybe they would've attended to my complain.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointed. I bought a tv from Game Umhlanga. The TV was delivered damaged and the issue was reported immediately on the same day. My 84-year-old husband was rushed into signing before being given a fair opportunity to properly inspect and test the television. The TV never worked properly and was never used even once. Despite returning it to the store and cooperating fully with the investigation, Game refused to replace or refund it. Very poor customer service and a disappointing experience, especially for elderly customers.
Horrible service
Horrible service. Waited 3 days for my delivery. Delivery was delayed and my other order was canceled without my consent. Driver doesn't answer phone. Will never order from Game again. I don't recommend. Really dissapointed. Waste of time
