Worst Insurance Company I ever deal…
Worst Insurance Company I ever deal with !! After 4 months looking for a rightful claim , Mr or Mrs Nakai Kelly ( Generali Claims Department ) who never did have the decency to respond to my many emails or phone calls to resolve or help. This Co is a scam !! Avoid using it. Is a waste of your money !!!
If you hear their name
If you hear their name, run away as fast as you can. Thieves… they take your premiums and return no coverage. I am taking them to court.

Unprofessional. Generali scrubbed my email address from an open tab on Google and began spamming my inbox. Predatory marketing. I will never do business with Generali.

1 Star because I can't assign zero. Very bad esperienze.
No customer service, hidden upfront fee of 2.5%
I subscribed to a financial investment with Generali (polizza LeAli). First, it took them 5 months to credit the funds to the investment (meanwhile they had access to my capital and gave me no return). Second, they charged me a 2.5% upfront fee that had never been disclosed. Third, it is impossible to speak to customer service, they only accept queries via intermediaries (eg broker) and they never revert back with answers. I do not recommend investing with them.

you pay for a useless service Horrible service, My dad had a problem with his car in a foreign country 6 days ago and they disappeared. I had to drive 750 KM to peak him and the car is still there and no phone call or follow up from what they call "assistance". what a shame
