I ordered a product a few days ago

I ordered a product a few days ago, it shipped one day later, and I received it 7 days after that. That's a reasonable time frame for everything. The shipping cost was as expected from a small company like this. I had no problems, got the product I wanted, and I would order from here again.

Customer Service BS

This review is for their booth at Richmond Night Market. The Sales rep here is absolutely dishonest. I came here to buy an air soft gun at their booth. I asked if the gun was new and if I had problems with it I could return it for a full refund. She said absolutely within 7 days if brought back to the same booth there. When I got home later I noticed scratch marks on the barrel of the gun and when I tried it, it misfired serveral times. This gun was clearly not new as they said and furthermore was defective so I brought it back to their booth for a refund. The sales rep told me that I could not get a money refund only an exchange which was not what I was told. However when I did accept the exchange the gun I was given was also a demo an not new and I pointed this out to them. They said take it or leave it so I had no choice. They were totally dishonest with me in first of all misrepresenting their guns as new and furthermore their return policy was a total BS lie. VERY unhappy with these liars. Will never do business with these guys again!

I wish I could give less then one star

I wish I could give less then one star. Customer service is terrible. I made an order here one week before needing the products. I paid my credit card and my payment was completed but I was yet to receive a tracking ID. I emailed the company the same day as making the payment asking for a tracking ID and they said that my payment had been accepted and my order is being processed and I would be sent a tracking ID once it ships. I waited 5 business days before reaching out again. The person I was emailing was completely unprofessional and unhelpful as they told me my “payment was flagged and the order was cancelled”. No further help or instruction or explanation. I called my credit card company and they had no such record of the payment being “flagged”. I once again emailed customer support and asked why this would happen and when I would get my money back. He said was very short with me and extremely vague and unhelpful, and the only info he could give me was that it’s out of his control and that I will receive a refund in 3-5 business days. Terrible customer service considering I had been told my payment was accepted and order was being processed when indeed it wasn’t. Lying to customers is just bad business, and if I would have know that my payment did not work (even though I have more then enough money) we could have rectified this in time for me to still get my stuff in time. No I have a photoshoot booked tomorrow and no smoke bombs, no help and absolutely absent customer service. I’m terribly let down and astonished in the way that I was treated.
