Easy to get resolution to my problem. Change of bank card required talking with a customer service person. Very helpful and polite. Despite making a few payments online with the new card, it wasn't registered or stored on the system. However, the person who dealt with me updated the new card.

Best help ever
The lady on the other end of the phone was so positive and reassuring, you couldn't ask for more. I think one of the girls name was Alex? There were 2 different girls over a few days. Both of them in my opinion were wonderful. I'm not sure I've got the date right but it was around that time.
