Hopeless. Got right thru to the point where I provide my credit card details and once that was done,all my work disappeared. I’ve had problems in the past, too. I won’t ever be using them again. And if they deduct money from my account but the card isn’t sent.....woe betide them!read more

Two main issues, there isn’t an option to send a one off e-card, you have to start a monthly subscription.Secondly, I am in Australia and the date you enter is American so my card showed up late evening, leaving the recipient thinking I had forgotten. Wouldn’t use this service again.read more

Rubbish customer service. Don't ever forget your password and try to get it reset because it will never happen.I made over 100 attempts to get my password reset and received constant error messages even when I followed their instructions to the letter! They clearly have not got a reliable userfriendly system in place so it just basically rejects everything because the system is faulty! Imagine that twenty first century and this well known brand can't even reset a password so how can they be trusted to send an ecard!read more
