Fast delivery… Good quality toothbrush. This is my first electric toothbrush experience and I am enjoying it. The cleaning of teeth is much better than normal brushing.. battery life is really good.. I would recommend buying one from this brand

Product is very good and service too. The product has a nice touch, does a good job at brushing and has a very, very long autonomy. And it can be charged with a normal USB charger or a computer! The speed and efficiency of service is above excellent
only missing a travel bag or a head-cover
The experience is great and it will be hard to go back to the normal brush. I tried other electrical brushes, but they have a louder noise than this one. The only drawback is that a travel bag or a cover to the brush is not provided.
No Refund for Gratis scheme
UPDATE 28.11 - Nachdem ich meine Bewertung abgegeben und den Nachweis über das Porto geschickt hatte, erstatteten sie mir schließlich das Geld zurück. Bewertung als Ergebnis aktualisiert UPDATE 22.11 - I’ve sent them evidence of my purchase by both email and mail and proof of postage. They’re claiming not to have received my letter and I no longer have the original receipt, since they insisted I sent it and the participation document together through post. I’ve now lost money on postage and the original “gratis” product and have no refund. Original review: I sent back my receipt and the document as part of the gratis scheme about 2 weeks ago and still haven’t been refunded.
Bought a toothbrush for my Wife's…
Bought a toothbrush for my Wife's birthday. On checkout entered my delivery address but on payment somehow it picked up my address in South America. No problem, I thought, I'll let them know, so wrote directly to the "support" mail...three days, three mails and a whatsapp message to the support line have passed and nothing, absolutely nothing for a reply-what's the point of a support line that doesn't bother to read anything?? meanwhile I can follow the tracking for an impossible delivery but no option to change. Worst customer service I can remember.

The battery stopped working after 3 months.
Greenwashing!
More expensive than other electric toothbrushes and complete greenwashing anyway. The battery stops working within a few months, the on/off button breaks almost immediately, and then you need to buy a new toothbrush. No point in trying to buy one that is supposed to last longer or made from recycled materials if it's planned obsolescence in any case!
