Honest and customer focused partners I am very happy to work with Hologram, after having had another connectivity provider that was both less transparent as well as mostly dismissive of our existence untill we threatened to leave. Whenever we have anything to ask about we get good answers, and more help that our other alternatives were willing to provide. There are many alternatives that are good, but after reviewing our options we felt like this was the one really great option for us.
Superb network coverage
I've been using Hologram sims in my GPS tracker for several years and the network connectivity globally has been superb, the billing and web payments system is clear and guarantees there are no hidden or unexpected costs. Definitely sticking with hologram for future projects.
Easy to use administration pages
Easy to use administration pages, you can see every information about your IoT device you need. Price is affordable. There were absolutely no problems with the service, coverage, etc. in Hungary in the past 6 months.

Stop harassing me with spam emails.
Got a spam email from them out of nowhere and I just ignored it. Then I got another spam email only 2 days later: Hi ***, I reached out a few days ago to see if you're ready to engage ........ To me that is really pushy so I decided to leave this review.
Unreliable Service – Eliminated from Our Provider List
We had been using Hologram SIM cards for about a month with no issues—until 4 days ago, when SIM cards began disconnecting one after another. All vehicles went offline, even though they were on the move. The dashboard showed them in “Ready” status but with no connectivity. We contacted sales support via the website, submitted a ticket, but no one responded. Instead, we received automated replies from an AI bot via email, which couldn’t resolve anything. The AI chat on the website also blocked access to any real human agent, which is unacceptable for a mission-critical service. We can't afford to lose our clients' trust or wait more than 5 days for a fix, so we made the decision to completely stop using Hologram SIM cards. We are now switching to Emnify, which—while more expensive—offers much better performance, reliability, and full control over our fleet and connected devices. We're currently in a testing phase to choose our long-term provider, and Hologram.io is now permanently eliminated from our list. We strongly do not recommend Hologram to any serious business.
3 years of IOT horror
I’ve been with them 3years and their network is horrible. Constant network outages and they overcharge you for data/sms usage that you don’t even use. You CANT speak to a live person unless your getting new service. They will have your business so unstable. Worst service EVER. Bunch of amateurs in support. Scripted support. Epic Fail. Don’t use them. But it seem All IOT sim companies are the same. Full of Sh&!
