I paid £7 and over for next day delivery which was supposed to be delivered on Saturday 15th May butI received the delivery on Tuesday 18th and the reason given by Hermes courier was that there was no one to received the delivery was which palpable nonsense because I was there waiting since I personally do not trust Hermes courier due to my previous experience with them.read more

Nice jacket. However paid £4 extra for next day delivery yet did not receive next day: House of Fraser would not refund the delivery as they claimed they do not accept liability for courier (Hermes)delays. I appreciate the future discount offered in “good will” but in principle would prefer at the very least a refund of the difference between next day and normal delivery.read more

The Glasgow shop had “ class” historically but during recent visit I couldn’t hear myself think for the booming music being played over the tannoy in the gents dept.Also products being sold appear to have gone down market. Seem to be aiming at a younger, less affluent, lower expectation market - more like Sports Direct now which reflects Mike Ashley ownership and influence. No class !read more

my first 2 orders where a treat my granddaughter’s Birthday I ordered a fantastic Barbour Jacket.2 order magic arrived early, Aaaa 3 /order )split my order in 2 separated bags/ park of my order still to follow. I believe them time and time again my son birthday now and it’s still not arrived. Now the email s people ect who tell me their is a Dely With my order want information about a delivery number ect order numbers they Noooooo Flipen well on their computer ☝️Once they have all that they will be able to help Me //::::correct me if I am wrong Have I lost the plot Or Top Management In My Glasgow Store needs to get this sorted I have spent a large amount of cash ? maybe I will return it back to the shop: not on line cos as one can see it’s impossible it Just would fall on deaf ears maybe ? it’s way they been trained they no manners
