Worst service I ever had food came out one piece at a time service was slow n will never come here again.They thought they were doing me a favor by giving me a 20% discount or you kidding me they ruined the whole meal one of the burgers came out with some dry ass macaroni and cheese if that’s what you want to calling her fries came out later the eggs came out without the toast toast came out when we were about to leave the other one had their plate except for the pancakes pancakes are missing I got my burger last and that’s all I got was the burger then they bring me about eight little fries and say oh they’ll be some more in a few minutes I mean My God how hard is it to cook some food and bring it to the goddamn table my burger wasn’t even hot it was cold I think next time we will play it safe and go to waffle house I mean it was a pathetic excuse for service today with IHOP I think I’m going to hop along somewhere else that knows how to cook the food and bring it out and where I have good service what a pathetic joke they won’t get one more penny of my money ever again Totally pissed

Food quality is great when you get what you pay for, but in my case, that is next to never.
Every order I place,I pay for extra bacon and sausage, but never get them, and it's not like they forgot, they openly admit not including the paid for items and even state next order will have them, but again that next order comes, they even tell you they remember, and I pay 40% tip, something I won't be doing with Ihop because not only did they charge me for the extra items, they again did not include them and despite telling me they were there, told me when I came back, I should have opened the entire order to check before I left, and they even said they forgot to remind the cook? I'll stick to eating there maybe, but take out is a huge risk.

IHOP in Roanoke TX #3007.. The absolute worst service ever. Food tasted like it was microwaved. Mgr.Told me he was sorry but didn't offer anything like maybe to recook my order. I was so damn hungry I ate it anyway.I will not be returning to this location ever again..

Two almost three weeks ago my brother and I ordered Ihop from UberEats and our food was cold.The manager was extremely helpful and offered us free entrees.
Last week we went back for our entrees and the manager was friendly and very professional.
The gentle that took our order was calm, respectful, and did an amazing job not only with us but everyone he encountered with.
More companies need to learn from him.

Our party of 3 went to the IHOP on North Kansas Expressway in Springfield, MO. We were given 1 photocopied menu,and when we asked for more were told there were no more available in the restaurant. Not true, as we saw other tables receiving a photocopied menu. We were told we had no choice but to use the QR code to see a menu on our cell phones and that all the restaurants in town were now doing this. This was a bald-faced lie. We know because we eat out several times a week and always get adequate menus. The food was OK, but I do wish they would learn to cook eggs over-well without making them burnt.

We went to the Ihop in Grandville, MI on Thursday, April 1st. "We" are a group of four that has been meeting on Thursday mornings at this restaurant for two or three years now.On Thursday, April 1st we were told upon arriving that there would be a 15 minute wait (no problem). We were then told that we had to wait outside, not in the waiting area by the front door, which had no one in it. It was 29 degrees outside but the hostess didn't seem to care much about that and her attitude showed it. We decided to go to another restaurant in the area and were welcomed to wait, without a problem, in their vestibule. That's the last time we will be visiting Ihop.

My husband & I were staying in Gulfport Mississippi, and decided to have breakfast for dinner, where to go?IHOP! Usually good, right? Our favorites are bacon, eggs & hash browns, maybe a side of pancakes, or toast. Entering the IHOP south of the 1-10 on state road 49, we were met with, "read the sign on the front desk, we are out of a few things"! (the hand written 'note' stated: out of: hash browns, pancake syrup & half a dozen other things), no other greeting such as; "Hello" or "Good Evening" from the Lady who we believed to be the Manageress. Ok, we can work with that. Friendly young waitress took our order, we ordered the standard breakfast, eggs/easy over, bacon, (NO hash browns), pancakes, (NO syrup), & coffee, (tea for me). Coffee & tea arrived. Breakfast arrived, I picked up a piece of bacon, it disintegrated in my fingers all over the plate & table, it was so flimsy, thin & over cooked, same thing happened with the second piece, so just tried to nibble on the bits, not worth it! I cut/separated the two eggs apart, and was horrified that the whites of the eggs oozed across the plate, not cooked, looked like 'frogs spawn', YUCK! I took the plate to the waitress, who was standing by the kitchen counter, showed her the eggs & said I will not eat raw eggs. She apologized & said that she would bring me another order of eggs. My husbands bacon was the same as mine, however his eggs were ok, a bit brown underneath, but he said they were fine, he did not eat the pancakes & he usually eats everything!. I tried the pancakes, glutinous! Won't eat those either! Eggs arrived, & in front of the waitress I cut the eggs apart and a gooey liquid mess oozed across the plate again! The young waitress was horrified and clearly did not know what to say or do, she offered to get me something else, I said 'no thank you, no appetite now', I just drank my tea. The manageress had come over to look at the eggs, I asked her "would you eat these eggs"?, she replied "I don't eat eggs", didn't say anything else and sat down at the next table laughing & talking with a lady with 3 children who had just walked in. My husband paid the bill, (& tipped the young waitress as we felt that what happened was not her fault), and we left. We did not say anything else because it was obvious that neither the cook, (glaring at us from the kitchen), or the manageress were at all interested. Only 2 other tables were occupied at the time we were there, not a busy night. So, I suggest, DO NOT GO TO IHOP IN GULFPORT!
