I have used Intego Virus Security software for at least a decade I believe and I have never had any problems with hacks,viruses or intrusions. The setup is easy and intuitive and on the few occasions when I have needed help with a procedure, their staff have been responsive and helpful. There are lots of anti-virus products out there. My experience with Intego has been first rate.

I have had my e-mail box jeopardized, under Outlook and Windows 365, by a what? A virus, a malware...something. I dont't know exactly. Anyhow, by using Intego, I scanned my Mc thoroughly, and it found a couple of files contaminated, quarantined them and solved the problem. I must say that I have also had to change my mail pw. Despite the claimed immunity of OS system to cyber attacks, I strongly suggest to have OIntego sw running on your Mc devices.

Starting problem

Starting problem I had a problem that every day my computer was a slow starter because inadvertently I ran a full scan daily.I contacted the support desk of Intego how I could fix that problem. As I am in Holland and the support desk is in the USA I thought it would take some time before I would get a reply. To my great surprise I had a reply the following ,morning explaining how to solve my problem. It was worded ink such a way that I, a 78-year old, could understand it. I followed the instructions and indeed my problem was solved. Thank you Intego for your excellent support Robert Domhof

I wasn't having any issues at all with the service/product, it was a matter of getting it uninstalled from one machine and installing onto a new one.It is a rather facile operation but I was having an issue with the new computer and needed a little help. Chat help was instant answering and got me straightened out. I was up and running on the new computer within a minute. AND since I installed it on the new computer I no longer get that suddenly occurring spam pop up "error" notification that my computer is low in memory. Which was impossible, but still I couldn't do anything until that got cleared off. Intego dealt with that instantly. I didn't have to do a thing. Thanks!
