After purchasing and installing the Internxt Drive 5TB lifetime plan, I can confidently say that the experience has exceeded my expectations. From a technical and managerial standpoint, the price-to-quality ratio is outstanding, especially considering the long term value of a lifetime license. The platform is robust, well-designed, and clearly built with privacy by default as a core principle. End-to-end encryption, zero-knowledge architecture, and a strong commitment to open source technologies make this a compelling solution for anyone who takes data protection seriously. Excellent cloud service with many great features, especially the Antivirus and Computer Cleaner service... I recommend it..

I had a number of question prior to purchasing my storage plan. Nathan responded quickly and through a series of chats, he answered my questions, and more. This was great, almost personal service, which gave me the confidence to purchase the plan best for me. This was great service.
very short response times
Again very short response time to my questions. My account-problem seems to be solved. I am still convinced internxt is offering a great service and I especially appreciate the location of my data within Europe.
A slight issue in regards to an annual…
A slight issue in regards to an annual subscription occurred, which was more related to the payment processor rather than Internxt. Nevertheless customer services fully engaged with my enquires in a polite and diligent manner throughout, and although they probably could have brushed my issue aside they investigated until an honest (and favourable to myself) conclusion was reached. Happy customer.

Security and privacy are always guaranteed with INTERNXT. Now, with the macOS app, performance and synch are so smooth that UX feels like a cloud leader (having additional post-quantum encryption protocols).
