WITHHOLDING OF FUNDS - Our family invested in Klar Bank for one year and did not realise that with Klar Investments you only have 24 hours at the end of that investment to take the money out? We did not consent to another year of investment. I do not believe this is in line with banking regulations and customer service keep quoting the small print. We requested a reversal of the AUTOMATIC reinvesting on the platform and the Managing Director and team would not assist. We cannot access these funds for another year.
They are scammers
They are scammers, neither the MSI, cashback, yields or the referral bonus are paid or executed, the email service basically gaslighting you and the whatsapp support closes the chat randomly when you are getting deeper into any problem. The girls by phone are kind but CLUELESS about their service, app and basically unable to help in any way, is more an emotional support. Terrible bank with terrible service, stay away because they are worse than 1997 santander.

Garbage company with garbage support. I've tried contacting their support line many times with simple questions only to be ignored. Don't give them your money.
