My usual supermarket is Kvickly Strandlodsvej, they have a good variety of products, nicely organised overall. Sometimes it's a bit difficult to find some products, which seem to change place, or products of the same category being split in different places.

Gad vide hvor mange der bare betaler og går, pengene lige ned i foret på COOP. When you shop in Kvickly, make sure you CHECK YOUR RECEIPT before you leave the store. Likely to cause some congestion if we all do so, particularly before Xmas. The prices you see on the signs, may not be what you are charged at the till. And, don’t think that the person at the till can help you, oh no. You have to QUEUE AGAIN at the so-called “service till”. Now, I don’t know what they teach their staff at COOP customer service charm school, but judging by the customer experience, they teach them to be rude. When I politely requested that they check, whether I had been charged the correct price, I was met by a barrage of bad excuses. “It is not my fault” (I never said it was), “it’s the computer’s fault” (I’m sure it is). If any customers are looking for an apology, or any kind of “customer service”, you are more likely to find this looking on Google. All the customers who don’t check, because they “trust the COOP”, should think again. They are unfairly putting money into the COOP pockets. Shame on you Kvickly. Must try harder.
Mediocre store
This review is for Kvickly in Brygge shopping center Vejle They have a very poor product selection, with mediocre quality. Their store looks very depressing. They seem to hardly have customers. They need to stop storing Coop. Coop is such mediocre quality with lame packaging and overpriced. And I CANNOT, for the life of me, understand, why they removed their best option meals from their delikatesse/butcher area. They used to have some very healthy tasty salmon tortilla and a mini salad buffet, and now they freakin removed it for some reason, and only left raw meat options( which obviously you cannot eat on the go) and some very small handful aperitives which are not that great, nor tasty or well thought. They have some small piece of schnitzel with a ridiculous amount of mashed potatoes and some gross mayonesse on top, and some chicken on sticks, which is ridiculously over spiced and not cooked properly. I find it kind of chewy and far from ''barbeque style''. All of this, of course, very expensive, served cold, and only worth to buy if you are really hungry, in a rush or cant afford other ridiculous expensive restaurant meals in Brygge. How I could describe their meal options is: very similar to hospital food. Bland and uninspiring. They are basically sabotaging themselves. I would suggest Kvickly to stop copying their competition and to reinvent themselves into something new. Why not make a store dedicated to healthy clean products? Such as Whole Foods in America. The store size and location seems ideal for that. And they need more healthy tasty options for their on to go meals.

Bought a Cocio 90cl from Kvickly Holte
Bought a Cocio 90cl from Kvickly Holte, Expecting it to cost 12,- as that was what the sign said it'd cost. At check out, i check the reciept for it, and see i've been charged 20,- for it. I took it over to customee service and sas just told that it's just too bad for me. They refused to correct the price for me to what was displayed, Despite this falling under false marketing. the woman in the customer service said that the sign stated it was 12,- for the 60cl. Yes, cause i'll just crawl down on to the ground to read the sign at the bottom of the shelves, because their horrible signs cannot be viewed from a 30° angle. Most disapointing.
