Screen shot when you order COD PLUS
When you order through Lazada, make sure to take a screen shot of every process especially if you use COS PLUS. Lazada will lie and say you only ordered normal COD if you don't get the chance to pay after the item is shipped. My message to pay now was sent just after midnight and the offer only stayed available for a short time. When I complained and showed them the message that Lazada had sent me, they said you only ordered normal COD. Lazada has become very bad again
LazMall Scam - expensive speakers broken and refused return.
I bought some expensive speakers from Lazmall (Laz Selects). They guarantee returns within 30 days. No questions, no hassle. One set of Edifier speakers had bluetooth issues, another has manufacturing defects and dirty marks. Upon making a Lazada return request and showing photos and video evidence of the faults. The seller rejected the claim stating no evidence provided. LazMall sided with seller, i contacted customer support and they didnt offer any help, just an AI bot. Now i have 10,000 baht worth of faulty speakers. LazMall is now full of scammers. LazMall guarantee is fake. 10000S of customers online in the same situation once you google it.

Unable to protect customers from dishonest or incompetent sellers - buyer beware.
I bought an air purifier that stated clearly that it has auto-sensing. When it arrived I discovered that it has no auto-sensing. I provided very clear evidence that both Daikin and the product manual show that it has no sensors. When I ask to return for refund the seller refused. T Lazada determines the case in the seller's favour, against even Daikin the manufacturer. Madness. I will never shop there again. Shopee is trustworthy. Lazada is a fraud.

They don't even deserve one star
They don't even deserve one star, their customer service are unprofessional untrustworthy and terrible at customer service! They deliver packages opened damaged , used, missing items and good luck if you are buying something like skin products because most your packages will be delivered opened used you would never know if the product was compromised! One seller delivered me only 2 items when I ordered 4 and I disputed it at least 10 times with lazada both seller and lazada customer service pretend ignorance and that they marked it as delivered basically took my money! I will never use lazada again
