I’m a Canadian student and I had an excellent experience with Shawnee (spelling?) and Terry. They Texted to let me know they were coming, and helped put my items on the main floor of my new student accommodation. Friendly and professional! Really enjoyed the seamless experience at Lovespace especially since I had to store my items for a few months longer than anticipated. University of Edinburgh staff were also very helpful to arrange and let me know this service was available.

Stored a suitcase for half a year then extended for another 3 months. Really convenient, smooth process from start to finish, easy to book, initial collection, eventual drop off etc. Suitcase was returned in exactly the same condition. Great value for money. Really quick to respond to queries, everything was great. Highly recommended

The driver arrived on time to collect my boxes and the process was easy and smooth. I could find the next-day pick up easily and the Lovespace team is quite helpful as they answer my mails usually within hours even on weekends.

Excellent and Professional Staff and Teams
Working for a charity customer service is a big part of my job - and I am usually very harsh on bad customer service - however - that is not what I got with Lovespace/Storebox. All the staff on the team have been so helpful and courteous. I even had someone stay on the phone with me while I set up a delivery option so they could ensure it all worked smoothly. Liam and his delivery team were incredible - arrived early, handled everything professionally, were friendly and conscious of our stuff. Definitely will use them in the future if needed.
