Very bad experience. We cancelled the contract 6 months ago(!!) and they are still sending invoices.We have been at their office 12 times (!!) trying to solve the problem, but they just don't care. If you call to the "customer service" they are rude and they come up every time with a new lie. If you don't want extra stress to your life, get your service somewhere else.read more

Everything is wrong. I could not invent worse customer service even if I tried. My wifi does not work properly,it never has, and now it has been completely down for 24 hours. First of all, it is almost impossible to reach someone over the phone to help you. You have to give them your ID, contract numbers and phone numbers over and over again, and sometimes the call function does not work, before you reach someone that probably will transfer you to someone else. Once you have started a conversation with them, they will only tell you that everything is fine and they cannot help you - usually in a rude way. It is absolutely una barbaridad.read more

The service stripped €15 from my phone, and a call to try to resolve it resulted in a Spanish voice,recorded, talking at speed with hardly a breath. My Spanish is good and I felt that I was just another number, talked over and ignored. Customer service? Forget it!!!read more

Lost over 2 hours jumping through calls and explaining the same problem and when you ask for a manager or someone more responsible ,they will just hang on you :/
Not worth a penny , go for another one or if youre with them , my recommendation is to prepare a full day of your time and a fully charged phone and try to change the companyread more
