before you say that i have a "paid" review or anything else, the keyboard is really good quality andthe reason the wait is so long is because as soon as you order a keyboard it doesn't ship out right away, they need to build and then they ship out in bulk for each destination, my keyboard (after it actually shipped) took only 2 weeks to arrive

I ordered a keyboard February 9th, paid 135$ and still have not received anything.There’s no number to contact on the website, I will never order from them again. This company is trash.

talk about a trash keyboard, some of you guys havn't even gotten your board yet and that is ridiculous.I have gotten mine and its been a little over 3 months and everything inside the keyboard is messed tf up. I play with a tilt on my keyboard and everytime i turn it a degree, the keyboard just shuts off completely. If you guys want a good keyboard get the razer huntsman. good 65% and way better than this trash

I ordered a set of keycaps on November 28th, expecting it to be here before Jan 5th.Today is day March 3rd and I still haven’t gotten my set of keycaps. I tried emailing them many and many and many times, and surprisingly they replied to me (surprisingly because everyone in this page is saying they didn’t reply on time) making up excuses and telling me that they will send the set. Right now, matrix has tried to send me 3-4 keycap sets. The first one, is stuck in my local airport since the day November 28th, it hasn’t moved an inch since then. The second one, moved after more than a month from LA to Florida, and then to Silicon Valley where the order got sent back to Matrix. After contacting them asking for an answer, they said that my address was unreachable and that I had to type in another address. Funniest thing about all of this is that a couple days later after placing my first order, a spacebar came by mistake TO THE EXACT SAME ADDRESS. So yeah, what the hell. And the 3rd time they tried to send my set is a mystery, I don’t know nothing about that one. Last time I emailed them was a couple days ago, asking for a reason on why they couldn’t send my order to my address, and they told me that it was unreachable, so I provided proof that the spacebar got to my address and all they did was send me the tracking for my set that was stuck in my local airport. So yeah, at this point either they ship the keycaps to me in a couple days or I’m just asking for a refund. Do not buy from them if you’re outside of the US, there are much better companies like Tai-Hao that actually deliver their keycaps.

This company is the worst company. I ordered two key boards for my twin sons. They sent one of them and I have been sending emails and no one has gotten back to me regarding the second.So now I’m out $50 on a keyboard and one of my son don’t get a keyboard. Then it says 2-3 days it will ship it took over three weeks. They need to close this website down

I had the same exact experience as mentioned below. Only I ordered in November for a Christmas delivery which was promised and didn't receive until Jan 11.I also tried to cancel a separate order within 5 minutes of placing it and they refused to cancel the order. There is no phone number so they hide and only write emails. They acknowledged my email only after the ordered was delivered. So I have to pay for shipping to return it! Not worth it. This company is trash. Stay away. I buy online all the time but Matrix is Probably the worst online company I’ve ever dealt with . I bought keycaps for my son for Xmas on the 4th December 2020 and paid extra for priority post to get them here in 2 weeks and on time before Xmas. On the 10th January 2021 almost 5 weeks later they email me to say my item is nearly ready for shipping . You must be joking !! I messaged back and said don’t bother just cancel and refund me as you’ve misled me . but they told me it was because of COVID which is a total lie and I could send them back if I didn’t want them . So basically they take your money for extra postage and send nothing then give you a big F.U when you ask for your money back because it hasn’t been send in the time agreed . I’ve opened a case with PayPal and either way I’ll be sending these back if they ever come as they have ripped me off . They still haven’t posted them but refuse to refund me . Don’t get caught out. But elsewhere . They don’t give a cr&p about you . NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS . Regards Bruno Pessan
