I bought 2 of these at Christmas one for me and one for my son, my son not tried his yet but we both can’t get my one working.Have emailed this company and as far as I’m concerned very poor show.
Iv looked for phone number can’t find it as they don’t want you to call.
£360 on Christmas presents that don’t work.
Rubbish do not buy this product,

Cancelled my order, the morning after making it. Having recieved a cancellation confirmation email,i thought it was all sorted. However five days later the Meater block arrived and my credit card was charged. I put in a submission to their customer service department with no reply and also had someone from their social media ask me for my order number, but then stop replying. In my experience, he MEATER works best on large cuts of meat. A 5 pound Prime Rib roast came outperfect.read more
