I LOVE LOVE going to this store the J-town location on Hurstbourn parkway it's GREAT a young man namedJoseph is one of the managers who work here everytime he sees me in the store he pushes out my grocery cart to my car and unloads it for me I am always greeted with a BEAUTIFUL smile when I walk in the door I swear this Meijers seems like a GREAT place to work everyone is so friendly I really miss you guys being open all night though and I just wanted to say THANK you to everyone who works here at this store you are GREAT.Lydia Diego Louisville ky

Ordered a gift for my mother in law to pick up. She went to pick up and she had to call me to get the "shopper name".It didnt register to the meijer people when she was there in the store. Total disaster. 3 days later I get call from the meijer " shopper" to reschedule pickup. I cant believe this is so complicated. This whole "shopper" thing just doesnt work. I should be able to buy something and a person should be able to pick up item with an order number. Going on 4 days and my mother in law cant connect with this meijer"shopper" to pick up item. Just plainly Sucks!!!! I cant even cancel order at this point. So now a gift for someone to pick up is a total embarrassment.

Meijer is absolutely horrible now. They are worse than Walmart which I would have never thought in a million years could ever happen.Make you get in line at the back of the store to stand in that line for the next hour and a half because they're so incompetent and inconsiderate they can only open 2 registers. I will drive an extra 4 miles to go to Walmart because there I expect them to be horrible. However since they're better than Meijer now that's where I will be spending my money.

Meijer online pick up order big flop!

I placed a pick up order online and the system failed my order and I had to go inside and have all my items scanned.I was told that that had been happening to pick up orders all night. I feel like everytime I place a pick up order something always goes wrong. The system is just not what it should be which is sad because I feel like meijer has been doing this for maybe 6 months or so and that it should be better by now but it's not. I was offered online coupons for the pick up order which is why I tried this again. If there wasn't coupons I wouldn't have given them another chance. Once again the meijer pick up system has failed me. I didn't even receive the coupon off my order cause it was checked out inside. Maybe I should try another store!

Wife and I went to Knapps corner store. They were doing covid-19 vaccinations this was so poorly setup that the entire do-it-yourself section was blocked off to all but foot traffic.We had a lot to get and would of had to make multiple trips back to our cart. We decided to leave our cart and do our shopping at a different place of business. I do realize that loosing several hundred dollars is a drop in the bucket but do it enough and it adds up.

The worst website I've ever seen for looking up items that I know the store has. I want to see what price they are but as usual just like it has been since at least 2005 (no joke)the website shows no results almost always. Go to the store and there's the item right on the shelf. You can Google other people bringing up the same thing about how poorly designed this garbage website is. Funny thing is their awful competitors such as Walmart are almost never out of anything but at Meijer on Illinois Road Fort Wayne they've been out of certain items for months. And Walmart's website will always show exactly what's in stock down to the very last piece of stock. Items such as Propel Water they've been out of since late 2020. And there just doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it. The shelves all around are full of all of its normal items except this one particular brand as if they're hiding it in the back. They'll be out of their entire taco section from shells to seasonings to sauces for months on end too. And the list goes on and on. Not to mention it's hard for me to believe after shopping at Meijer on and off since 1999 that they don't even carry near the same amount of items or brands as their competitors. And their selections of those particular items are of a smaller nature than what you can get right down the road. If Meijer sells something that's 20 oz the competitor sells something for 40 oz at the same price. It's just backwards when a place like Walmart has a better selection and a better website considering they are the lowest standard of large department stores on the planet.

Don't use home delivery! The shopper couldn't find what I wanted (EVEN though i went the very next day and what i wanted was there on the bottom shelf)and only gave me 2 min to respond then got me substitutes. Cheaper substitutes but I was charge full price anyway. When I complained and asked for my money back the customer service responses was $12 in MPerks cash. I responded saying No to refund my money to my card. They refuse to respond to my email now. Their refund policy basically being told sorry about the horrible service here is money to spend back on their horrible service and then we will ignore you!
