Gone way downhill

I've been getting boxes for almost a year but in the last couple months it has gotten terrible.My boxes are late almost every week (this week the tracking says it was returned to sender?), and the quality has gone way down. Most fruit arrives squished and greens are all bent and broken. I've canceled.

The first week was fine. The next week, two items were missing and several were borderline rotten.This week, over half of my box was completely inedible. Produce rotten and oozing, and somehow even the prepackaged goods were messed up: oatmeal bars so stale I almost broke a tooth trying to bite into one ... And these are *supposed* to be soft and chewy (I've had them before from a reputable store). Save yourself the money and headache and stay as far away from this company as possible. 20 dollars in food in my trash and money thrown away

The produce arrived soaking wet. Things I ordered were missing. Much had to be thrown out.I contacted customer service and they were good enough to give me a small credit towards another order. I gave it another go, and much the same. Most produce was thrown out the day they arrived or were moldy within a day or 2.

Started out great. First few deliveries came and were perfect. Then it went rapidly down hill.Started with delays in shipping EACH. AND. EVERY. WEEK! These late deliveries continued while the quality of the produce nose dived. I know it’s name says misfit market but that should not be partially rotted, smashed and broken. The last order never arrived at all. Company issued a refund and a 10 credit. But now the site is crashing........not good.

I wanted to like this company. But now I’ll wait for another company to have the same idea but more customer oriented.My recent order was five days late after 4 promises for earlier deliveries. Most of the produce was covered in rot from the radishes. 75% were items I had not selected. The ice had long since turned to water. The box was actually opened when it arrived. The box of strawberries was only 1/4 edible. It took me 45 minutes to rescue what I could from the box by washing off the gunk from rotted vegetables. Customer service was virtually nonexistent as 3 emails went ignored. After the second failed delivery I received a $10 off coupon which I will take advantage of in my final box.

Sadly, Misfits has gone way downhill. I've been getting boxes for sometime and now it is no longer worth it.The produce is no longer "misfits" but old, expired or nearly expired fruits and vegetables. Often time it arrived moldy and squashed. And now it always arrives a day or two late. The produce never lasts past a day or two. Obviously, they are cutting costs to eventually sell the company. Just awful.

This is the second time in six weeks that my order was a day late. The ice packs had thawed and everything in the box was hot.It's a terrible waste of food and money. I will not use them again.

Ok so my first few boxes -AWESOME! I even took advantage of the pantry items and got to try some new products.Nice! HOWEVER after those first few the quality has dropped RIGHT TF OFF. Just like others are saying I've had missing, rotten, teeny tiny and severely beat up produce. I did manage to get one small refund and then didn't even bother after that. I fully understand that the quality is less than perfect as is the nature of the program, but even I couldn't eat much of it and I've eaten some questionable things. I put my box on pause but then came back to try out some more pantry items and decided to chuck in a few more veggies in hopes to have a better experience. NOPE. Just got my items (late just like every time since the first box) and the few veggies I did get are slimy and bruised just about past usable. Ugh. I really really really hope the quality improves. I will check reviews and maybe give it another try later. Anyways that was my experience.
TLDR: started great got crappy quick ymmv try at our own risk.
