My card was automatically charged, but I was provided with nothing!!! No conformation, no furniture,NOTHING!!!! Anyone who claims to have a good transaction is a con artist. DO NOT TRUST!!!!

I do not recommend buying from this organization. The only thing they did correctly is process the order and take the payment.My item was delivered to the wrong address. I could not get any resolution and did not receive it for 2 weeks. When I did get it the box was wet and I had to put it in the shed to dry before opening. It was an outdoor sofa that sat about 3” off the ground. Who would want that? Tried to initiate return and it took them 3 weeks to reply. They denied the request. With the horrible delivery experience and being on the phone more than 8 times with the delivery company just to figure out where my package was, to being unable to ever speak to anyone at Moddish, unanswered emails, and finally them telling me it’s my problem. My sister is an attorney and will be handling the situation.

If you wanna buy furniture, I HIGHLY recommend paying Modish Store Website a visit. The Delivery was pretty much on time as well. They were quick and professional, my office was up and running within an hour of arrival. LOVE it!!

Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered several items from them. Items took quite some time to be delivered,which I understand given the difficulties with COVID... but when one of the items was back ordered until January, no one told us until we called ourselves to find out why we were missing items. Then when we tried to return items, we were told to expect an email from the distributor helping us return the item, which didn’t come. Call after call. Email after email unanswered. Poor business practice. Do not recommend.

I ordered a product 10-22-20 the money was taken out of my account. No one reached out to tell me the item was out of stock and wouldn't be replaced until January.I called Modish, they didn't even answer the phone as Modish just "Hello". Then the person tells me it is in their fine print online that they take the money out of your account when you place the order not when it ships. I will not order from them again, this is just bad business.

I read the reviews here before I bought from Modish Store but went ahead and bought from them because they were priced right.I did a thorough market search and for the living room furniture that I wanted and Modish Store offered the best prices. I am back here because my order came packed properly, it was delivered within the scheduled time frame, the trucking company called me before delivery and now the ordered sofa sectional set is sitting in my room. I am very satisfied with the service. My emails were attended to promptly. I have no complaints at all. I rate them very well for their service. Thank you
