I want people (businesse's) to know that no matter what ur business is they can accomidate you with scan data technology that beats the competation and at a good price. If there is an issue they will solve it. I could not be happier with my use of Modisoft in my business.

Modisoft’s back office services have been a constant source of frustration. The dashboard often freezes or becomes unresponsive, making it difficult to do even simple tasks like updating inventory or checking reports. Sales data doesn’t always sync properly with the POS, which causes issues with accuracy and makes reconciliation a headache. Navigating through the system is slow, and trying to map products can be annoying since changes either don’t save or randomly reset. It also lacks flexibility — bulk editing or uploading data is harder than it should be, and when something goes wrong, you rarely get a clear error message or explanation. What makes things worse is their support team. They’re usually slow to respond and don’t offer much help, often just pointing fingers instead of fixing the real problem.
