Reluctant to connect new locations to newer services
This provider offers premium quality for the higher prices, compared to the competitors. The downside is that this provider is reluctant to connect new locations to newer services, e.g., a Gigabit internet connection. It took me more than three years to wait for such a connection, and Moldtelecom still did not connect, while it took less than a month for the two competitors to connect the same location to a Gigabit internet.

Think twice before connecting to this provider
Pro: - good internet speed Cons - call center wait time (5-15 minutes) - internet line fixes on many occasions. During the last month a total of 3 days I had no internet for 1-4 hours. Also, without prior notification from their side. When you work online that's inadmissible.
Hidden Restrictions & No Refund: eSIM Does Not Work in Asia (China/Japan)
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and the poor customer service provided by Moldtelecom regarding their eSIM product. The Issue: I purchased an eSIM online, but it failed to activate on my device. Upon contacting support, I was informed that Moldtelecom does not provide eSIM or roaming services in China, Japan, or any Asian countries. Lack of Transparency: There was absolutely no warning or notification about these significant geographical restrictions during the purchase process or on their website. As a consumer, it is impossible to know these limitations if the company deliberately withholds them until after the payment is made. Refusal to Refund: Despite acknowledging that their service is physically unavailable in my region, Moldtelecom has flatly refused to provide a refund, claiming I should have checked roaming availability beforehand. It is unreasonable to expect a customer to verify hidden restrictions that are not disclosed at the point of sale. Conclusion: This is a misleading business practice. If you are located in or traveling to Asia, DO NOT purchase their eSIM. I am now forced to initiate a chargeback through my bank to recover my funds .
