Really good and strong cases
Really good and strong cases. My particular case started peeling in the back after 10 months but because they offer lifetime warranty I was able to get a replacement quickly and for free. Amazing customer service
Great experience with Mous support
I I had a great experience with customer support when I had some issues with two phone cases I bought from Mous. I wrote to claim under the warranty and showed them the issue with the products, and I got a quick response and very proactive assistance, receiving my replacement cases as a result. I really like Mous products, recommend them 100%, and love that their warranty is genuinely honoured.

Update mous has contacted me and promised to solve everything. Ordered 2 cases with screenprotectors on 13-09-2016 but only received one phone case and nothing else and tried to contact mous about that 4 days ago but no answer yet even when they say they will react within 2 days. #EU-643908
