Following tireless product testing and both an award-winning and record-breaking crowd-funding campaign, Mous brought their Limitless 1.0 iPhone case to market in 2017, raising a total of $2.5 million in pre-orders. Their commitment to quality materials, design and innovation, has seen the company grow from a team of five to a team of over 40 in their four years of operation, covering concept to design and manufacture; from content creation to getting behind and in front of the camera (sometimes even chartering cherry pickers, cranes and helicopters to test product resilience!) With offices in London and China, Mous has sold products around the world, across a broad range of tech accessories, proving that you can enter a crowded market and excel if you put craftsmanship and consumer solutions at the heart of what you do. I found the advertising of this product quite novel and very entertaining. It was also convincing and the product is as good as it was said to be.The crowdfunding is a good idea and I’m glad that people in this country are taking advantage of and making use of such initiatives. I wouldn’t have bought it if it was made in the US.

Jarah and the Mous customer service team has been incredibly helpful and understanding, about my concerns.They addressed the questions professionally and in a timely manner. I already love the cases but now I love the customer service too! I’ve tried more cases than I would like to admit (including: castify, otterbox, mophie, casemate, Kate spade, etc...) and this by far, exceeds all of those cases in quality and value. These cases are durable and last you FOREVER.

I upgraded my phone from a s10 to a note20 i had the s10 for 2 years with a mous case and it's the first phone that I haven't broken because of the mous case.so it was a no brainer when I upgraded to my note20. I would definitely recommend getting a mous case for your phone to protect it. 100% worth the money I would recommend to everyone..thanks mous

We have purchased several cases along with the magnetic card holder ( the magnetic card holder I would highly recommend,my husband loves it ) Our son in law always seems to break his phone so for his birthday we decided to purchase him a Mous case. I began to be concerned about the shipping as it took a bit longer than I had anticipated. I emailed Mous and received a reassuring response. A couple days later the case arrived, I then received another email checking it had arrived as they followed up on my tracking. I thought this was a very good service because a lot of businesses respond and delete you as they think their job is done. I was very impressed and felt they truly wanted to make their business shine and be the best they can be and I feel they are doing a great job at this. Mous you provide fantastic product and an extremely high standard of customer service, so thank you :)

Absolutely amazing company! Great products and even better customer service. Ordered a vent mount forthe car and it was falling off from the phone’s weight - these guys got back to my email the same day and sent me another mount with the suction as a replacement without any questions asked. They are super understanding and helpful! Way to go Mous??
