I used Mr Green for almost a year, performing over 20 deposits, and performed over 100 bets. Eventually,when I was finally withdrawing my wins, my account was frozen.
Mr Green informed me that I had broken their rules, and decided that it is fair to invalidate all my wins, and return only the latest, 100 euro deposit. The broken rule concerned only UK based customers, which I was not.
After months of complaints and fighting, and the broken rule bouncing from one to another, eventually it was found out that I had had a second account with Mr. Green's mother company in the past. However, this second account had never been used - it had just been created and closed. However, closing an account permanently is not possible online, and for that reason my account still existed in their system.
For this reason, I had broken their terms of service. Mr Green states that they track people and do everything they can to notice users with multiple accounts, yet failed to detect mine although they shared the same email, personal info, and home address.
Eventually, I gave up after they decided to return my original deposit in full, and only keep my very successful wins.
To me this seems like they were aware of the situation and just waited for me to pay and play in their system as long as possible. I consider this a scam, although recognizing that technically I did break their rules.
If you end up using Mr Green's services, BE SURE THAT YOU HAVE NEVER HAD A PREVIOUS ACCOUNT IN THEIR NOR THEIR PARTNERS' SYSTEMS. Otherwise, THEY WILL SCREW YOU.

So I tried my hand in online gambling, because casino's are still closed.
First few withdrawels and deposits no problem.But when i won 1000% of my orignal deposit, they wanted documentations. After sending them more private information, they still closed my account and gave me back my deposit.
If you are going to close my account and scam me out of my money, don't ask for more private info. Just tell me you don't want to pay me and can get away with it because you are based in another country.
At least that way I won't have a bad aftertaste in my mouth knowing these scammer got all my private info...
And no, costumer service does not help me even after dozens of e-mails.
My advice guys, is to wait for proffesional casino's to open again in your area. But Mr. Green is not an option for a fun time. Great option if you have a fetish for being scammed.

Be aware of this Company. They block your account if you have every self excluded on a competitors website,but only after you have deposited.
My experience is horrendous with this Company. My account balance was confiscated and no refund offered.

Unfortunately, I should have listened to the reviews here, but I went on and opened an account against my better judgment.
My main problem with this is their withdrawal system which is inconsistent.I have used other bookies before and you know that your withdrawal is normally processed within a fixed time limit.
With Mr. Green, the first days were very impressive. I would receive my funds within an hour of initiating a withdrawal. But perhaps it was all to impress me. As I started making higher winnings and therefore larger withdrawals, there was a quite visible delay in approving withdrawals, at times up to more than 24 hrs to get approved, or forcing me to cancel the withdrawals (probably what they want).
I do not see consistency in their withdrawal time. This had been the major reason I was sticking with this bookie at first but looks like I will change my mind within the next few days...

I use mr green for 4 yers ..I play on others casino but for me Mr Green is the best ..Never had aproblem whit them ..Like many casino not gonna win forever but at least you a have a chance to win ..I won many thimes whit them ..Very hapy and satiesfaid !!! I realy recomand them !!!
