My only concerns are that the downloads and actual track generation seems to consistently run into issues, generating numerous tracks locks up every now and then - I spent a few days trying to create a certain 5 tracks. It also takes hours for tracks to render for download - so don't expect this as a quick tool for rapid daily creation. Also, the customer services/chat are VERY slow to respond. I have a pro account and my average response rate is around 12-16 hours. For a company that has huge coverage in social media and a clearly strong revenue stream (not just from licenses but also from the IP royalties) I am surprised they are not as advanced in focusing on customer services and client retention.

They have free tracks apparently no youtube copyright strikes. I've used some of those giving credit to the site/artist, and after a year all of them got strikes, I had to replace/mute ruining the videos.
