Amazing experience! Parcel was on time. I didn't have to worry about anything. I recommend.
Complete disaster
Complete disaster. UPS dont send Qr, pin codes. When you try to get it manually on myflex website, it changed my +49 to +43 phone number twice then blocked possiblity to change the phone number so cant verify it. When ur talking with UPS customer support it takes 2-3 hours to get trough bots etc. then they send you to myflex that was already closed cause it was friday afternoon. In mail from UPS it says package gonna wait for you 7 days, no it wont. It will wait 2 days then gonna go bye bye and be returned to shipper. Its one big flop, these myflexboxes were implemented year ago and still have same issues from what I can see on the internet. Well done German brothers
No info about storage time before an order placed
Service doesn’t allow you to know storage period before you place the order. As they say, “the exact storage time can be found on the notification sent to you by the myflexbox partner.” The whole point of a pick-up delivery option is that it allows you to be flexible in your plans – that’s impossible without knowing the storage time beforehand! Due to the lack of information, I abandoned ordering with the service – I simply wasn’t sure that my parcel would be there when I got back from my trip and could collect it.

You’d think that a parcel sending station would allow you to print labels - but you’d be wrong. What’s the point of this box if I still have to go somewhere else to print the label? Can’t believe this exists. Total waste of my time.
