Completely unreliable with useless support and broken promises

Using this platform was a nightmare from the very beginning. Service gaps were constant, making the whole experience unstable and frustrating. Support was practically nonexistent—requests were ignored for days, and when someone finally replied, the answers were generic, dismissive, and offered no real help. The features that were heavily promoted during the sales pitch either didn’t work or were nowhere to be found. The entire process—from buying to trying to use the product—was an exhausting mess. There was no accountability, no structure for raising concerns, and no one willing to take responsibility for anything.
