Abhorrent Customer Care Service & Delivery

Really disappointing experience. To anybody who has specific delivery time constraints and expectations,my advice to you is not to bother. Use another service or go pick it up yourself. I ordered at 12:19 and selected next business day delivery from the website. I then followed up with a call at NAP at exactly 12:46 where I spoke with Rosnay (not sure on spelling). I asked her if the item would arrive next business day as requested, she said yes, because I had ordered it before the 3pm cut off point and it would definitely arrive. Now this is important as I was staying at a hotel for a limited time only and needed this to arrive as a surprise. The lady on the phone confirms it will arrive guaranteed by the end of the next business day. I then am informed that NAP have clearly totally screwed up and upon me calling customer service having been ignored 10 times online, they blatantly lie to me that I chose DHL express and not next day?!?! Despite the fact that I phoned customer service to confirm my order was next day which was confirmed. So I am now being called a liar and told that they have no idea what the lady on the phone told me and why she confirmed next day delivery. So this absolutely massive screw up from NAP now means I am out of pocket nearly £1500 while they decided to take up to ten days to process a refund on an order that they totally messed up. Don’t fall for the rubbish about high end service. You want proper service and not being called a liar or have a special occasion to manage properly, go to Matches, ASOS even frankly. They won’t ruin your plans and call you a bare faced liar. Also, you wont be lied to by anyone of these other companies. I have never been condescended to by someone in customer care so badly as NAP. Not only have you wasted my time and money, you have destroyed any chance of being used again. Not that you will care, I full expect the response here to be an impersonal message asking me to write an email to customer care and that they are ‘sorry for the inconvenience’. What a load of fake luxury rubbish offered here. Go elsewhere is my advice. The customer care is utterly disgusting and the ability to suggest an alternative was non-existent. UPDATE: NAP have since responded to this review claiming someone who is a ‘Manager’ has resolved the issue, which is of course, total rubbish. Nothing has been resolved and the customer care is still utter garbage. Nice to see how you treat your customers hard earned money during a pandemic. Brexit has truly crippled NAPs ability to make fast deliveries. Trust me, you’ll be waiting weeks with all the checks going on.

Purchased shoes that were unsuitable so returned them, had email confirming receipt of return then no contact!When I contacted Net a Porter I was told the returned shoes had scratches on the soles and they were returning them to me !As I only took one shoe out of the box to realise they were not suitable then re closed the box I did not look at the soles. They are unable to provide any images of the scratches they claim are on the soles, I find this whole situation very disturbing and wonder what would have happened had I not contacted them and will not be using them again.

I ordered sneakers from Net-A-Porter on 2 May 2021. I’m yet to receive them. They are stuck at customs because they supplied incomplete documentation.I’ve had to call DHL, mailed them several times and called. They never revert as promise. This is THE worst customer experience I’ve had. I will not shop with Net-A-Porter again. Save the time and energy and shop with My Theresa instead. UPDATE: Still no feedback from anyone at NEP. Zero feedback. No communication. And this is their fault yet I am constantly chasing for feedback. The lack of customer support is truly appalling. I will never purchase from this company again!!! FYI: No one is assisting me!!!!!!! So that line is your response is false.

Worst customer service ever. Huge delays in responses and lack of interest in answering queries.Ordered a faulty item and sadly only realised there was a hole in it after a few months. I had only worn it twice and told it was acceptable wear and tear. I did not view it as acceptable. Very expensive mistake. Probably will try and find other places that sell anything I want from the site in the future. Was eventually (literally after weeks) a £25 refund on a pair of £140 leggings. In response to the below reply from NAP - The issue with your customer service team has reached the end of the line. So re-contacting them would not change the outcome. T

Amazing service and great representation of what the product looks like in real life.I love how you have the videos it really helps understand the true colour and movement of the garment on the body. The dress I ordered I needed for my wedding within less than a week. The shipping service is so fast with Net-A-Porter my item arrived 3 days earlier than expected. I was so happy. Love shopping with Net-A-Porter always great destination for individual style.

I'm always happy with my service from Net-a-porter... The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that I think they should do better about packaging.There is always loads of tissue paper and double boxes/packaging. I think we need to do better for the planet.
